There is no booking form here on purpose. We schedule by phone so we can ask about your dog before you arrive — coat, temperament, last groom, anything we should know.

A two-minute call saves an hour
An online form would book the wrong slot for half the dogs that walk in here. A short conversation gets it right the first time.
Personalised Care
We ask about coat type, mats, allergies, and how your dog handles being handled — then plan the appointment around the answers.
Flexible Scheduling
Nervous dogs get quieter slots. Big double coats get longer ones. A form cannot make that call; we can.
Straight Answers
Not sure whether your dog needs a full groom or just a bath? Whether a de-shed is worth it? Ask on the phone and we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is "you don't need that".
